Exchange — free
Need a different size or style? Exchanges are free (we pick up and deliver the new item at no cost), subject to stock.
Returns — ₹149 pickup charge
- A reverse-pickup charge of ₹149 applies on returns and is deducted from your refund.
- No charge at all if the item reached you damaged, torn, defective or wrong. For this, an unboxing video is mandatory — please record a clear, uncut video while opening the parcel and share it with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Without the unboxing video we cannot accept damage, defect or wrong-item claims.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Clearance Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- COD orders: refunded as store credit (valid for 1 year).
How to request a return or exchange
Go to our Return or exchange page within 7 days of delivery, enter your order number (starts with BU) and the last 4 digits of your phone, and choose the items. Once we approve your request, Delhivery picks the parcel up from your delivery address. You can check the status and the pickup tracking on the same page anytime.
