Shipping policy
1. Scope
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to deliveries within India only. For international shipping please refer to our separate international policy (if any).
2. Shipping charges
All orders delivered anywhere in India qualify for free shipping — there is no minimum order value, and the free-shipping benefit applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
3. Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD is available and carries no additional shipping charge. Any COD-specific fees (if introduced) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place the order.
4. Order processing & dispatch

Processing time for each product may vary depending on stock and customization.

We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, unless a product page or the cart shows a different estimated dispatch timeframe.

Your entire order is shipped together once all items in the order are ready. If you need partial shipments, please contact customer care before dispatch and we’ll try to accommodate (subject to feasibility).
5. Delivery time

Within India: Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

The cart and checkout pages display an estimated delivery date for your address — use that as the most specific estimate for your order.

Deliveries may take longer during peak seasons (festivals, sale periods), due to courier limitations in remote areas, or because of unforeseen events (weather, strikes, public holidays, etc.).
6. Tracking & notifications
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking link and estimated delivery date. You can use that tracking link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
7. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect product quality during transit. Packages are sealed and shipped discreetly. Gift packaging options (if any) are shown on the product/checkout page.
8. Receiving damaged/tampered shipments
If the package looks tampered, opened, or damaged on delivery:

Do not accept the shipment (refuse it) whenever possible.

If already accepted, take clear photos of the outer packaging and product(s) showing damage.

9. Failed delivery attempts / address issues

Couriers may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to our warehouse — additional re-shipment instructions and fees (if any) will be communicated.
