  • Refund Methods: Approved refunds use the original payment method. Processing is prompt, but reflection time varies by provider. COD orders get store credit only (valid 1 year).

Return Shipping Cost

  • Products: ₹149.00 flat rate, paid by customer (unless due to our error or defect). Use trackable shipping.

  • Services: Not applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact support immediately with parcel opening video as evidence. Without video, we cannot accept returns for manufacturing defects. We'll provide replacement or refund if verified.
