Questions
Good to know
How do I join?
You don't need to do anything. Every order on bebeunicorn.com counts towards your level automatically, using the phone number you order with.
Which orders count?
Delivered orders count. Cancelled orders and returned orders don't.
How will I get my rewards?
On WhatsApp, the moment you unlock a level. Your ₹50 and ₹100 codes are personal: they only work with your own phone number at checkout.
How do you know my child's birthday?
When you become a Bebe Star, we'll ask for your little one's birthday month on WhatsApp. That's all we need, no exact date.
Can I use my code with other coupon codes?
Club codes can't be combined with other coupon codes, and Bebe Coins can't be combined with any coupon code. One code or coins per order.
How do Bebe Coins work?
You get 2% of what you paid back as Bebe Coins on every delivered order, 10 days after delivery. Use up to ₹100 of coins on any order of ₹999 or more. Clearance items don't earn coins and don't count towards the ₹999. Coins expire 6 months after they are added.
Where can I see my Bebe Coins?
At checkout. Log in with your phone number and your coins show up under Offers & Rewards, ready to apply.
Is there a fee?
Never. Bebe Club is free for every family that shops with us.
The fine print
- Levels are based on delivered orders placed with the same phone number.
- Bebe Friend code: ₹50 off, one-time use, on orders of ₹899 or more, valid for 14 days from the day it is sent, only for the member's own phone number.
- Bebe Family code: ₹100 off, one-time use, on orders of ₹1,199 or more, valid for 60 days from the day it is sent, only for the member's own phone number.
- Bebe Star birthday voucher: ₹150 off, one-time use, on orders of ₹1,499 or more, sent in the child's birthday month and valid for 60 days, only for the member's own phone number. Surprise gift and priority dispatch apply to every Bebe Star order, while stocks of gifts last.
- Bebe Coins: 2% of the amount paid for non-clearance items on delivered orders (cancelled, returned and undelivered orders don't earn coins), credited 10 days after delivery and valid for 6 months. Up to ₹100 of coins can be used per order, on orders of ₹999 or more excluding clearance items. Coins can't be combined with coupon codes. Coins used on an order that is cancelled or not delivered are returned to the wallet.
- Rewards and Bebe Coins can't be exchanged for cash. Bebe Unicorn may update the Club; current members keep rewards they have already unlocked.
