Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within India only.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹400 or more: FREE shipping — prepaid or Cash on Delivery.
- Orders below ₹400 (including ₹399): ₹99 shipping — prepaid or Cash on Delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with no extra COD charge: 20% of the order value is paid online in advance and you pay the rest on delivery.
The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Your whole order is shipped together once all items are ready.
- Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch (most orders arrive within 4–7 days). Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout for an estimated date.
- Deliveries can take longer during festivals and sales, in remote areas, or because of weather, strikes or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships we send you the Delhivery tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page with your order number (starts with BU) and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the parcel looks opened, tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims) — we will arrange a free replacement or refund as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Failed delivery
Our courier partner may try to deliver more than once. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, the parcel may come back to us; we will contact you about re-shipping. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout.
